ELISA方法检测肠道病毒71型抗体效果分析

目的分析酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）方法对肠道病毒71型（EV71）的检测效果。方法以52份EV71型手足口病阳性患儿和55份正常儿童的血清为样本，用ELISA试剂盒和中和抗体方法分别检测，结果进行对比。结果与中和抗体方法相比较，ELISA方法敏感性为96．2％，特异性为92．7％，总符合率为94．4％。两种检测方法差异无统计学意义（χ^2=0．075，P〉0．05）。结论ELISA方法适用于EV71型手足口病常规诊断。

Analysis on effect of ELISA in detection of anti-enterovirus 71 antibody

Objective To analyze the effect of ELISA in detecting anti-enterovirus 71(EV71) antibody.Methods Fifty-two serum samples were collected from clinical diagnosed EV71 hand,foot and mouth disease children.55 negative serum samples were collected from health children.ELISA and neutralizing antibody assay were used to detect the serum antibody and the test results were analyzed.Results Compared with the neutralizing antibody assay,the sensitivity of ELISA was 96.2%,the specificity was 92.7,and the coincidence rate was 94.4%.Conclusion ELISA method could be used in EV71 hand,foot and mouth disease diagnosis regularly.
