创建优质护理示范病房的实践与效果评价

目的：探讨创建优质护理示范病房的实施方法与效果。方法：通过提高思想认识,广泛宣传,调整排班方式及改变工作模式,完善护理质量评价标准,实施人文关怀,设立激励机制等措施开展优质护理示范病房。结果：开展优质护理服务活动后病人满意度明显高于活动前,护理工作强度降低,为病人的服务时间增加,护士心理压力得到减轻,工作积极性得到很大提高。结论：创建优质护理示范病房,提高了护理工作质量,使病人感受到安全的优质护理,效果满意,值得推广。

Practice and effect assessment of creating high-quality care demonstration of the hospital

Objective：To discuss the method and effect of implementing the nursing quality demonstration ward.Methods：By improving the ideological understanding,extensive publicity,adjust and change the way work scheduling model,improve nursing quality evaluation standard,implementing humanistic care,to set up incentive mechanism and other measures to provide high quality nursing demonstration ward.Results：Provide high quality nursing service activities patients after,nurses satisfaction was better than before the activity,more statistically significant（P0.05）,nursing intensity decreased for patients with the time of service,the nurse increase psychological pressure lessen and nurse working enthusiasm was greatly improved.Conclusion：Create high-quality nursing demonstration ward could improve the quality of nursing work,make patients feel safe quality nursing to patients,society,government and the nurse satisfactory effect.
