常平镇学龄前儿童龋齿患病情况调查

目的调查常平镇幼儿园学龄前儿童龋齿的情况，旨在为开展龋齿防治工作提供科学依据。方法调查常平镇2011年3月7日～2012年3月7日49所幼儿园1000名2～6岁学龄前儿童发生龋齿的临床资料。结果所调查的1000名学龄前儿童中，患龋人数达680例，患龋率68．0％。不同性别患龋率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；此次调查共检出1280颗龋齿，中下颌前磨牙发生龋患率最高，达56．0％。不同年龄段患龋率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）．且随着年龄的增加，患龋率逐渐增加。结论对学龄前儿童龋齿患病情况调查，提示我们应加强儿童口腔卫生的宣教，培养儿童养成早晚刷牙等良好生活习惯，并定期进行口腔检查，早发现早治疗，把口腔保健工作纳人儿童保健范畴，深入开展口腔保健活动。

680 preschool children caries prevalence survey

Objective To survey the Changping Town,kindergarten preschool caries,is designed to provide a scientific basis to carry out dental caries prevention and control work.Methods In Changping Town,March 7,2011-March 7,2012 1000 2-6 years old children,49 kindergarten dental caries in clinical data were investigated.Results The survey of 000 preschool children suffering from caries a total of 680 cases,68.0% prevalence of dental caries.The prevalence of dental caries in different gender difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05) in the survey detected a total of 1280 dental caries in mandibular premolar caries the highest rate of 56.0%.Different ages prevalence of dental caries,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).And with increasing age,the gradual increase in prevalence of dental caries.Conclusion The survey suggests that dental caries in preschool,we should enhance children’s oral health education,training children to develop good habits and living habits of morning and evening,brush your teeth,regular oral examination,early detection and early treatment.Oral health care into the context of child health care,the depth of oral health promotional activities.
