| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗狼疮性肾炎的疗效。方法:西医治疗以免疫抑制剂(激素)及细胞毒性药物(环磷酰胺)为主,配合对症支持治疗;中医治疗以辨证施治,健脾益肾、清利湿浊方法为主。结果:本组病例经中西医结合治疗显效22例,有效32例,无效4例,总有效率为93.1%。结论:中西医结合治疗狼疮性肾炎疗效确切,能够有效控制病情进展。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of treating lupus nephritis in the integrative medicine. Methods:Modern medicine treated with immunosuppressive medicine (hormones) and cytotoxic medicine (cyclophosphamide), with the symptomatic and supportive treatment; treating syndrome in TCM differentiation, Jianpi Yishen, Qingli Zhuoshi as the main method. Results:This group of patients treated in the integrative medicine,markedly in 22 cases, effective in 32 cases, ineffective in 4 cases, the total efficiency was 93.1%. Conclusion:Treating lupus nephritis in the integrative medicine has a exact effect, can effectively control the progress of the disease. |
