摘    要:目的]探讨核苷酸切除修复基因表达水平与肺癌易感性关系。方法]采用病例一对照分子流行病学方法,以RT-PCR技术检测98例原发性肺癌患者和112名健康者外周血淋巴细胞核苷酸切除修复基因(XPB、XPC、XPG、ERCCl)表达水平,比较基因表达水平与肺癌易感性的关系。结果]肺癌病例组4种基因的表达水平均低于健康对照组,其中XPB和XPC表达水平在两组之间有显著性差异,吸烟人群中病例与对照组基因表达水平差异大于非吸烟人群与对照组的差异,低表达XPB和XPC的人群患肺癌的相对危险度分别是高表达人群的2.06和2.27倍。结论]低表达XPB和XPC的人群肺癌发病风险增高。

Abstract:Objective] To assess the possible association between the expression levels of nucleotide excision repair genes with lung cancer susceptibility. Methods] The relative expression levels of nucleotide excision repair genes(XPB,XPC,XPG,ERCC1)were measured by RT-PCR assay in a case-control study including 98 cases of lung cancer and 112 healthy controls.The association between expression levels of genes with lung cancer susceptibility was examined. Results] Expression levels of four genes in lung cancer patients were reduced compared with controls and the differences of XPB and XPC genes expression levels between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.001).The differences in relative expression levels of all four genes between cases and controls in smoking group were more significant than those in non-smoking groups.Individuals having low expression levels of XPB and XPC genes exhibited a 2.06 and 2.27-fold greater risk of lung cancer,respectively. Conclusion] Individuals whose expression levels of XPB and XPC are reduced might be at higher risk of lung cancer.
