| 摘 要： | 目的研究泛发性脓疱型银屑病（GPP）的诱因，临床表现以及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析31例住院GPP患者的临床资料及治疗过程。结果多种因素可导致脓疱型银屑病发病，感染及不规则使用皮质类固醇激素治疗是GPP诱发或加重的重要因素，发热和血常规升高是其主要系统性临床表现，糖皮质激素联合第二代维A酸治疗脓疱型银屑病能取得良好的治疗效果。结论皮质类固醇激素不被推荐作为常规一线治疗药物。系统应用糖皮质激素联合维A酸药物可作为泛发性脓疱型银屑病治疗的首选方案。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the cause of GPP,the therapeutic effects of routine drugs and the prognosis of patients.Methods Clinical data of 31 in patients with GPP were retrospectively analyzed. Results The inducing factors for the onset of generalized pustular psoriasis were multiple, in which infection and systemic corticosteroids were the main causes, combination of systemic corticosteroids with retinoids were the main drugs. Conclusion Corticosteroids are not recommended as the first-line therapy. Combination of systemic corticosteroids with retinoids can be viewed as the first choice for the treatment of generalized pustular psoriasis |
