基于内科住院医师规范化培训模式下肿瘤学专业型硕士培养模式的探讨与改进策略研究

在临床医学硕士研究生专业学位教育和住院医师规范化培训并轨培养的背景下，总结了肿瘤学专业型硕士研究生学位教育的特点，分析了肿瘤学专硕在以内科学为基础的住院医师规培模式下遇到的专科培养时间短、内容少等方面的问题。采取了适当压缩内科轮转时间、增加专科培养等应对方法，提出了改进培养肿瘤学专硕模式，呼吁建立肿瘤学二级学科的专硕规培和考核机制，从而为培养肿瘤专业应用型高层次临床医学人才奠定扎实基础。

Study and improve training mode of oncology postgraduate professional degree based on the standardized training mode of internal resident physician

In the context of the integration of the professional degree education of the graduate student of clinical medicine and the standardized training of the resident doctors, this paper summarizes the charac-teristics of degree education for oncology professional master degree students, and analyzes the problems of short time training and less content in the training mode of resident physicians based on the science of oncology. We decrease internal standardized training timeproperly, increase specialized training methods, and call for establishing evaluation mechanism for students of oncology master degree, which will lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of high level clinical medical talents with tumor specialty.
