提高留置胸管患者外出检查导管安全性的护理实践

目的 探讨一种新型胸腔引流瓶放置架灵活装置在留置胸管患者外出检查时的轮椅上,以提高患者导管安全性的实践效果。方法 选取2019年1月～2019年3月在我院胸外科术后留置胸管外出检查的患者109例为对照组,选取2019年4月～2019年6月在我院胸外科术后留置胸管外出检查的患者106例为观察组。比较二组患者外出检查时的水封瓶倾倒发生率、胸管意外滑脱率、导管折叠率以及患者的满意度。结果 观察组外出检查时的水封瓶倾倒发生率、胸管的折叠率明显低于对照组,而患者的满意度则显著高于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胸管意外滑脱率相比较,二组并无显著差异(P＞0.05)。结论 为留置胸管外出检查患者的轮椅安装新型胸腔引流瓶放置架可有效减少水封瓶的倾倒发生率和胸管折叠率,大大提高外出检查患者的导管安全和满意度。

Nursing Practice to Improve the Safety for Patients with Indwelling Thoracic Drain Tube

Objective to explore a new flexible device for placing thoracic drainage bottle in the wheelchair of patients with indwelling thoracic duct for external examination, so as to improve the practical effect of catheter safety. Methods 109 patients were selected as the control group after thoracic surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2019, and 106 patients were selected as the observation group after thoracic surgery in our hospital from April 2019 to June 2019.The incidence of water bottle dumping, chest tube accidental slippage, catheter folding rate and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results the incidence of water bottle dumping and chest tube folding in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, while the satisfaction of patients was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the accidental slippage rate between the two groups (P >0.05).Conclusion the new chest drainage bottle placement rack for wheelchairs with indwelling thoracic tube for external examination can effectively reduce the incidence of water bottle dumping and chest tube folding, and greatly improve the catheter safety and satisfaction of patients undergoing external examination.
