腹腔镜下小儿斜疝疝囊高位结扎术后复发危险因素分析

目的分析腹腔镜下小儿斜疝疝囊高位结扎术后复发危险因素。 方法收集2016年12月至2018年12月，四川省人民医院180例小儿腹腔镜下斜疝疝囊高位结扎术的临床资料，对术后复发情况经Logistic回归模型做单因素及多因素分析，主要分析患儿性别、年龄、体质量指数、病程、疝囊部位、疝环口直径等因素。 结果有8例患儿在术后3～12个月发生复发情况，复发率为4.44%，且复发的患儿年龄均≥5岁；分析结果表明斜疝患儿年龄、结扎线类型及内环口直径均是其术后复发的独立危险因素（P均<0.05）。 结论为降低术后复发的风险，腹腔镜下小儿斜疝疝囊高位结扎术时不宜选择可吸收线。

Analysis of risk factors of recurrence after laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac in children with indirect hernia

ObjectiveTo analyze the recurrence risk factors after laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac in children with indirect hernia. MethodsFrom December 2016 to December 2018, 180 children underwent laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac in Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital were selected. Univariate and multivariate analysis of recurrence factors such as gender, age, body mass index, disease duration, location of sac, size of internal inguinal ring and other factors were evaluated by Logistic regression model. ResultsThere were 8 children with recurrence of hernias between 3 to 12 months after operation and the recurrence rate was 4.44%, and the age of children with recurrence were over 5 years old; the results showed that age, suturing type and size of internal inguinal ring were independent risk factors of recurrence after operation (all P<0.05). ConclusionLaparoscopic high ligation of hernial sac for indirect hernia in children should not choose absorbable suture to reduce the risk of postoperative recurrence.
