眼科“四生”临床技能培训探索与实践

研究生、进修生、规培生、实习生,这“四生”是医院和科室教学工作的主体。从学生需求出发,强调教师精心准备,对不同类型学生因材施教;注重多种教学形式相结合,如新技术与新业务培训、病例讨论、多学科联合讨论、规范化教学查房等;注意收集来自学生的教学反馈信息。上述实践工作有力提升了教学质量和水平。

Exploration and practice of clinical skills training in postgraduates, advanced study students, stan-dard training students and interns in ophthalmology department

"Si Sheng", including postgraduates, advanced study students, standardized training stu-dents and interns, is the main part of teaching work in hospital and department. This article is for meeting the requirement of students and emphasizing all-round preparation of the teaching work and teaching in accordance with their aptitude; pays attention to the combination of various teaching methods, such as training of new technology and new affairs, case discussion, multidisciplinary discussion, standardized teach-ing rounds and so on; pays attention to collect feedback from students.
