结合关节镜模拟训练的PBL教学法临床教学效果初探

摘    要:目的 研究针对具体临床病例的以问题为基础的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)和关节镜模拟训练相结合的骨关节科关节镜临床教学效果。方法 选取重庆医科大学附属第一医院骨科轮转实习学生40名,分为实验组(n=20)和对照组(n=20)。对照组采用传统的临床教学,实验组则在传统教学的基础上,采用针对具体临床病例的PBL和关节镜模拟训练相结合的教学,通过专科业务能力考核及匿名教学质量问卷调查进行效果评价。应用SAS 9.2 软件进行统计分析。结果 实验组综合业务能力考核(43.00±6.15)分,高于对照组的(35.90±4.94)分。除患者对学生的评价外,实验组学生的其他单项业务能力考核评分均优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在教学质量方面,除协调合作能力增强这一项外,实验组其他单项评估赞同人数均多于对照组。结论 应用针对具体临床病例的PBL和关节镜模拟训练相结合的临床教学方法,可以提高临床学生的学习积极性和学习能力,提升学生的临床操作技能熟练度。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effectiveness of problem-based learning with arthroscopic simulated training in clinical intern teaching Methods A total of forty clinical intern were selected and divided into two groups which were named as experimental group and control group. The intern in control group received traditional clinical training, and except for which, the experimental group was gave the clinical teaching of problem-based learning for specific case combined with arthroscopic simulated training. All the outcome statistical data was analysed with using SAS software (version 9.2). Results The comprehensive professional ability score of experimental group was 43.00±6.15, which was significantly higher than control group that got a score of 35.90±4.94 (t=4.030, P<.0001). Every single-item professional ability score, except the item of evaluation to intern from the patients, of experimental group was superior than control group (all P<.05). In the aspect of teaching quality, the questionnaire survey indicated that the number of intern who agreed with every single-item, except the Coordination and cooperation ability, was significantly more in experimental group than that in control group (all P<.05). Conclusion The application of problem-based learning for specific case combined with arthroscopic simulated training can raise the learning interest and ability and improve clinical practicing proficiency for intern, which deserve clinical expansion.
