摘    要:目的:建立中药及经典名方HPLC指纹图谱总量统计矩、信息量及一次投料量数学模型并进行实验验证。方法:运用总量统计矩原理和Hardy-Weinberg平衡群体一次稳态投料量计算方法,对来自不同产地的15批桃红四物汤原药材、饮片及复方制剂总量统计矩及一次稳态投料量进行研究。结果:除了总量一阶矩外,各药材、饮片及复方总量零阶矩、总量二阶矩、信息熵、信息量的RSD均 10%。用单味原药材投料,除当归外(142. 34 kg),按全方累积的信息量的RSD变化计算出的一次稳态投料量最大(59. 10 kg);而按全方的比例投料,全方一次稳态投料量最大(958. 57 kg)。用炮制品投料,除酒红花外(83. 28 kg),全方累积的一次稳态投料量最大(73. 18 kg);按全方投料,炮制品一次稳态处方投料量均与原药材相同。原药材或炮制品组成的复方,其一次稳态投料量经常大于单味药材的一次稳态投料量。结论:中药成分受遗传多态性控制,中药色谱作用特征(成分种类)相近而作用强度(成分含量)不同,总量一阶矩、信息熵稳定说明中药多成分体系总体化学结构的印迹作用趋势稳定;桃红四物汤各药材及复方一次稳态投料量均远大于处方量,可为工业化大生产提供借鉴。
