PBL教学模式在住院医师规范化培训中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨以问题为导向的教学模式在消化科住院医师规范化培训中的教学效果。方法:选取复旦大学上海医学院2018级基地住院医师在复旦大学附属中山医院消化科轮转的医师,进行以问题为导向的教学模式。与既往传统教学方式相比较,分析和探讨了以问题为导向的教学模式在规范化培训中的作用。结果:共53名基地住院医师参加,与既往传统教学方式相比,内科学成绩分别为:80.79±8.2 ,82.36±6.9分,两组成绩无统计学差异(P>0.05),在基地出科考机考中,研究组成绩为:89.32±6.9分,传统教学组成绩为:88.48±7.7分。在病例分析考试中,研究组病例分析成绩为:90.37±5.7分,传统教学组成绩为:85.48±6.5分,P<0.05。结论:以问题为导向的教学模式在消化科住院医师培养过程中提高了临床医师思考问题的能力,和自我解决问题的能力,从而提高了基础知识和临床水平。

Abstract:Objective : To explore the effect of the problem-based learning mode applied in the practice of standardized training for residents in the department of gastroenterology and hepatology. Methods : The study included the residents of Zhongshan hospital who participated in problem-based learning. The role of problem-based learning mode compared with traditional teaching mode in the standardized training was analyzed. Results: A total of 53 residents participated in problem-based leraning mode. The internal medicine scores of the two groups were 80.79±8.2 points and 82.36±6.9 points, respectively, and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant. In the theoretical examination, the scores of study groups (89.32±6.9 points) were significantly higher than that of the control group (88.48±7.7, P<0.05). The scores of digestive system case analysis in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (90.37±5.7vs. 85.48±6.5, P<0.05). Conclusions : The problem-based leraning model enhances residents'' ability to tinking about problem and problem solve , thus improves the clinical ability and theoretical knowledge.
