医科院校援非医师外语交际能力培训策略

摘    要:陆军军医大学连续3年承担援非医疗任务,这对援外医师外语能力、特别是听说交际能力提出很高要求。以往的援非医师语言培训存在内容形式单一、周期短、成效低的特点;医师自身外语能力受非洲口音影响,存在交际沟通障碍。针对以上问题,可在需求分析理论指导下,采取交际-任务型教学,通过学习非洲英语口音,进行口音英语练习;以场景模拟和案例讨论方式进行医学交际练习以及跨文化人文交流。使援非医师外语培训朝着实效性、多元性方向发展,更好地辅助援非医师工作。

Abstract:Army Medical University has taken the mission of medical aiding to African for three years, which requires high needs for the aiding doctors, especially the communication abilities of listening and spoken English. Doctors'' English training methods and contents are monotony, training period is short and inefficient in the past. For the aiding doctors, whose English abilities are disturbed by local African accents, may lead to the failure of communication. For the difficulties above, under the new training strate-gies, the communicative and task-based teaching methods through needs analysis theory can be applied for training doctors. Through learning African English accents, doctors take accent English exercises; situation teaching, and case analysis discussion could be taken, so that English communication practices and cross-cultural exchanges can be engaged. Through those ways, the training for aiding African doctors would be effectiveness and diversified, which can also improve doctors'' aiding work.
