改良双钩疝针法在腹腔镜下小儿疝囊高位结扎术中的临床应用分析

目的分析改良双钩疝针法在腹腔镜下小儿疝囊高位结扎术中的临床应用效果。方法选取2016年7月至2018年5月我院收治的210例腹股沟疝患儿为研究对象,根据手术方式的不同将其分为治疗组(110例)及对照组(100例)。2组患儿均行腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术,对照组给予改良单钩疝针法手术,治疗组给予改良双钩疝针法手术。比较2组手术临床指标,并统计2组术后并发症发生率及复发率。结果治疗组手术时间、术后排气时间、下床自主活动时间及住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05), 2组住院时间无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(6.36% vs 16.00%, P<0.05);治疗组复发率显著低于对照组(0.91% vs 8.00%, P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术中应用改良双钩疝针法可缩短腹股沟疝患儿手术时间,促进其恢复,并降低患儿并发症发生率及复发率,值得临床推广应用。

Analysis of clinical application of modified double double hook hernia needle method in laparoscopic high ligation of pediatric hernia sac

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of clinical application of modified double hook hernia needle in laparoscopic high ligation of pediatric hernia sac. Methods 210 cases of pediatric inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from July 2016 to May 2018 were selected as research object, and they were divided into the treatment group(n=110) and the control group(n=100) according to the different operation method. The 2 groups underwent laparoscopic high ligation of pediatric hernia sac, and the control group was treated with modified single hook hernia needle surgery, The treatment group was treated with modified double hook hernia needle surgery. The clinical indicators of the 2 groups were compared, and the postoperative complications occurrence rate and recurrence rate of the 2 groups were counted. Results The operation time, spontaneous movement time and postoperative exhaust time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05), there was no significant difference in hospitalization time between the 2 groups(P>0.05). The complications and recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than those in the control group(6.36% vs16.00%;0.91% vs 8.00%, P<0.05). Conclusion The application of modified single hook hernia needle in laparoscopic high ligation of pediatric hernia sac can shorten the operation time of children with inguinal hernia, promote its recovery, and reduce the complications occurrence rate and recurrence rate in children,which is worthy of clinical application.
