行经皮肝动脉化疗栓塞术后肝癌患者对延续性护理模式需求的现状调查

目的 调查经皮肝动脉化疗栓塞术后患者对延续性护理服务的需求情况。方法 采用便利抽样法选择2018年11月-2019年1月上海某三甲医院187例经皮肝动脉化疗栓塞术后患者，在患者出院当日进行延续性护理需求调查。调查工具包括一般资料问卷、延续性护理服务需求问卷。结果 行TACE肝癌患者有96.3%（180例）的患者需要延续性护理服务，38.9%（70例）选择专职护士，患者对症状监测管理、饮食指导、疾病相关知识需求量大，分别为85.6%（154例）、72.2（130例）、56.1%（101例）。在延续性护理需求提供方式中80.6%（145例）患者选择热线电话咨询，68.3%（123例）选择微信群，63.9%（115例）选择微信公众号。结论 经皮肝动脉化疗栓塞术后患者因疾病特点，居家护理人员不同等影响对延续性护理服务的需求较高。护理人员需根据患者需求，培养专业护理人员，组建延续性护理团队，建立延续护理网络平台，满足患者需求，提高患者生活质量。

Investigation on the need of continuous nursing mode for patients with liver cancer after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization

Abstract] Objective To investigate the demand of continuous nursing service for patients after transcatheter hepatic artery chemoembolization. Methods 187 patients after transcatheter hepatic artery chemoembolization were selected by convenient sampling method. The continuous nursing needs of the patients were investigated by self-designed questionnaire on the day of discharge. Results There were 96.3% (180 cases) patients who needed continuous nursing services, 38.9% (70 cases) who chose full-time nurses. The patients'' demands for symptom monitoring management, diet guidance and disease-related knowledge were 85.6% (154 cases), 72.2 (130 cases) and 56.1% (101 cases), respectively. Conclusions After transcatheter hepatic artery chemoembolization, patients have a higher demand for continuous nursing services. Nurses need to provide patients with personalized follow-up content and form, establish a continuous nursing network platform, meet patients'' needs, and improve patients'' quality of life.improve their discharge readiness and ensure their safety after discharge.
