摘    要:布鲁氏菌包括12个已知的种型,其中牛、羊和猪种布鲁氏菌是已知的人兽共患病病原菌,引起人类较严重的感染发病。犬种布鲁氏菌主要导致犬流产和繁殖失败。虽然该菌感染人群的病例较为少见,但仍是一种潜在的威胁人类健康和动物福利的风险因素。因此,本文对犬种布鲁氏菌的病原生物学特性、致病性、流行病学、临床特征、治疗及对公众健康的影响等进行综述,为我国犬种布病的监测和防控提供参考依据。

Abstract:The genus Brucella comprises 12 recognized species, of these, B. melitensis, B. abortus, and B. suis are well-known pathogenic bacteria of zoonosis and causing more serious infection in humans. Brucella canis mainly causes abortus and reproductive failure in Dogs. Although humans Brucellosis caused by Brucella canis is less reported, but it is still a potential threat to human health and animal welfare. In this review, we highlight information regarding the pathogenic biological profiles, pathogenicity, epidemiology, clinical characteristics, treatment and its impact on public health of canine Brucellosis, provide a reference for surveillance and control of canine Brucellosis in china.
