情景模拟教学在PIVAS应急能力培训中的实践

摘    要:目的 探讨情景模拟教学应用于静脉药物集中调配中心(PIVAS)应急能力培训的实践效果。方法 针对2014年2月至2016年12月在重庆医科大学附属儿童医院PIVAS工作的93名药师和护士,通过情景模拟教学进行应急能力培训。采用SPSS 18.0对受训者培训前后的专业理论、应急操作技能及自评问卷得分行配对t检验。结果 受训者培训前专业理论量化平均得分为(73.89±4.13),应急操作技能平均得分为(78.79±3.51),问卷平均评得分为(73.60±4.77),培训后上述三项平均得分分别为(95.33±1.13)、(97.98±1.04)、(91.92±1.51);培训后各项得分均高于培训前,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 采用情景模拟教学,激发了PIVAS人员的学习兴趣,提升了其应急情况处理能力,可促进对患儿的及时、安全用药工作。

Abstract:Objective To explore the training and application effects of situational simulation teaching in emergency management of intravenous drug delivery center (PIVAS).Methods A total of 93 pharmacists and nursing staff working in PIVAS at a third-grade children''s hospital in Chongqing from February 2014 to December 2016 were selected to carry out emergency training in situational simulating teaching. Before and after training, PIVAS equipment failure, information system failure, cytotoxic drugs Overflow and other contingency plans involved in the exercise of expertise and emergency operation skills assessment score. Results Before and after training, there was a significant difference in specialty theoretical knowledge and emergency operation skills between all PIVAS pharmacists and nursing staff (P <0.05).Conclusion The use of situational simulation teaching can effectively improve the ability of PIVAS staff to deal with various emergency events and ensure the timely and safe treatment of children.
