护理是医院医疗工作的重要部分,科学有效的护理管理能够在疫情防控中起重要作用。在新型冠状病毒肺炎防控期间护理部迅速反应,积极应对,联合多部门开展各项疫情预防与控制工作。做到迅速建立防控小组、整体统筹区域规划、应时健全制度流程、应急调配护理人员、有效管理防护物资、加强培训考核、准确汇总上报信息、有效落实感染控制措施。对发热门诊、门诊、急诊和院病区加强防控管理,定期开展质量督查。

Nursing management of novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control in Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University

Nursing is an important part of medical service. Scientific and effective nursing management plays an important role in epidemic prevention and control. During the novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control period, the nursing department responded promptly and actively, and cooperated with other departments to conduct various epidemic prevention and control measures. We established an emergency response team, planned the regional division, improved the regulation and process seasonably, allocated the nursing resources properly, managed the protective materials effectively, trained and assessed nurses intentionally, summarized and reported information accurately, implemented the infection control measurements effectively. We strengthened the prevention and control management of fever clinic, out-patient department, emergency department and in-patient department, and conducted quality supervising and examining at regular intervals.
