摘    要:目的了解职业人群布鲁氏菌病的感染现况和可能的影响因素,为制定布鲁氏菌病防治对策提供科学依据。方法对羊交易市场内的从业人员开展流行病学调查和血清学检查,探讨布鲁氏菌病感染的影响因素。结果共调查208例从业人员,以本地中年男性为主,文化程度较低,个人防护不到位,涉及多个高危岗位。检查发现布鲁氏菌感染阳性11例,总感染率为5.29%。影响因素关联性分析结果显示,屠宰是可能的危险因素(OR=4.07, 95%CI:1.05~15.81),工作中戴手套是可能的保护因素(OR=0.25, 95%CI:0.07~0.85)。结论建议开展通俗易懂的宣传教育,引导从业人员做好自身防护,改正不良行为,加强布病防控力度。

Abstract:To understand the infection status and possible influencing factors of brucellosis in occupational groups, and to provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and control strategies of brucellosis, epidemiological investigation and serological examination were carried out among the occupational groups in the mutton market, so as to explore the influencing factors of brucellosis infection. Results showed that a total of 208 staffs were surveyed. They are mainly local middle-aged men with low educational level and inadequate personal protection. The occupational groups involve most high-risk positions. The eleven cases of Brucella infection were found. The infection rate was 5.29%. Relevance analysis showed that slaughter was a possible risk factor (OR=4.07, 95% CI: 1.05-15.81), and glove wearing at work was a possible protective factor (OR=0.25, 95% CI: 0.07-0.85). In conclusion, Easy-to-accept propaganda and education, guiding to do well in personal protection and right behaviors are effective measures to prevent and control brucellosis.
