| 摘 要： | 目的：总结应用MEBT／MEBO治疗小儿深度烧伤的护理方法与措施。方法：对128例4个月-12岁深度烧伤患儿全部应用MEBT／MEBO治疗，同时做好休克期、创面、心理，营养支持等环节的护理。结果：128例烧伤患儿治愈127例，占99．22％，好转1例，占0．78％，总有效率100％。结论：小儿深度烧伤应用MEBT／MEBO治疗，配合合理正确的护理方法，可提高治愈率，促进创面再生修复。

| Abstract: | Objective: To sum up the experience in the nursing of deeply burned children treated with MEBT/MEBO. Method: 128 children with deep burn, aged from 4 months to 12 years were treated with MEBT/MEBO. Nursing measures for every link in the treatment were taken, including shock stage nursing, wound and psychological nursing and nutrition support, etc. Result: 127 out of the 128 children were cured (99.22%) and one child turned better (0.78%), the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO is very effica- cious in treating pediatric deep burn. Rational and effective nursing work can promote the curative rate and wound healing. |
