| 摘 要： | 目的:测定甘肃药材秦艽中龙胆苦苷的含量,比较不同提取方法对含量测定的影响。方法:用超声加热和回流加热,以甲醇或水为溶剂提取龙胆苦苷,HPLC法测定龙胆苦苷含量。结果:选择提取方法和溶剂对龙胆苦苷含量未有显著影响。结论:照药典方法以甲醇或水为溶剂,对龙胆甘苷含量无显著影响。

| Abstract: | Objective: To determine the content of gentiopicrin and compare the effect of different extraction method on gentiopicrin in Radix Gentianae Macropyllae from Gansu. Method: Extract the gentiopicrin by ultrasonic and reflux with the methanol and water as solvent, the HPLC method was used to determine the content of gentiopicrin, the gentiopicrin was adopted as maker. Result: The choices of extraction method and solvent on the content of gentiopicrin had no signidficant influnence. Conclusion: Using methanol or water as solvent of gentiopicrin discribed in Cb. p. has no significant difference. |
