经线皮肤切口对手针、电针镇痛的不同影响

目的：研究电、手针在信息传递途径上是否存在差别。方法：分别对大鼠双侧足三里穴施以电、手针刺激，测定未经处理的及胃经线上皮肤切口和胃经线外恻皮肤切口动物针刺前后的病阈。结果：皮肤切口在经线外时不影响针刺镇痛效果，在经线上时对电针镇痛无显著影响，但明显抑制手针镇痛。结论：手针与电针在信息传递途径上有所差别，其信息主要通过皮肤传递。

CUTANEOUS CUTTING ON MERIDIAN PRODUCING DIFFERENT EFFECT ON HANDACUPUNCTURE- AND ELECTROACUPUNCTURE-INDUCED ANALGESIA

Objective: To study whether a difference existed between handacupuncture and electroacupuncture in the pathway of information transmission. Methods: Both electroacupuncture and handacupuncture were applied to Wistar rats at bilateral Tsusanli(St), the pain thresholds before and afteracupuncture alone,be fore and after acupuncture on condition of cutaneous cutting beside stomach channel and on stomach channel were recorded. Results: Cutaneous cutting beside stomach channel did noteliminate the analgesia effect of acupuncture; cutaneous cutting on stomach channel, though having noobvious influence on electroacupuncture-induced analgesia, did significantly depress analgesia effect induced by handacupuncture. Conclusion: The pathways for electroacupuncture and handacupuncture information transmission are somehow different. It seemed that handacupuncture information mainlytransferred through skin, while electroacupuncture information transferred in deep tissues beneathskin.
