万拉法新治疗老年抑郁症的临床研究

目的:研究万拉法新治疗老年抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:对78例老年抑郁症病人分别给予万拉法新及马普替林对照治疗,万拉法新42例,马普替林36例,疗程8周。以临床总体疗效评定量表CGI及汉密尔顿抑郁量表HAMD评定疗效。以不良反应症状量表TESS评定药物的不良反应。结果:万拉法新与马普替林临床疗效相当,而不良反应明显小于马普替林,主要表现在口干、便秘、失眠、头昏等。结论:万拉法新是一种疗效可靠、副作用轻微、依从性好的新一代抗抑郁药,可以广泛应用老年抑郁症的治疗。

Clinical Study on the Efficacy of Venlafaxine in Treatment of Senile Depression

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of venlafaxine in treatment of senile depression.Method:78 patients were assigned to receive venlafaxine(n=42)or maprotiline(n=36)for 8 weeks and their efficacy were evaluated by CGI and HAMD.Their adverse reactions were evaluated by TESS.Result: Venlafaxine and maprotiline were similar in their efficacy,but the former has less adverse reactions.Conclusion: Venlafaxine is an effective antidepression with less side effect.
