调强适形放射治疗脑膜肉瘤合并胶质瘤

目的 评价强调适形放射治疗脑膜肉瘤的疗效。方法 对我院2001年8月收治的1例经病理证实为左颈静脉孔区脑膜肉瘤合并右颞叶胶质瘤术后患用调强适形放射治疗的临床资料。结果 患男，34岁，行肿瘤活检术后4周，先常规放射治疗，每次200cGy，每周5次，总量3000cGy；后程调强适形放射治疗，每周3次，每次416cGy，总剂量2500cGy。放疗后左颈静脉孔区脑膜肉瘤明显缩小，随访2年带瘤生存。结论 对不能手术的脑膜肉瘤使用常规放疗加后程调强适形放射治疗可取得较好的疗效，放疗反应小。

Intensity modulated radiation therapy in meningosarcoma combined with glioma

ObjectiveTo evaluate the treatment effects of intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) inmeningosarcoma. MethodsOne case of meningosarcoma combined with glioma confirmed by histology in our hospital wasstudied retrospectively ,which was treated under IMRT.ResultsThe patient was a 34-year-old man,who underwent thetumor biopsy 4 weeks ago. The meningosarcoma located in left jugular foramen and the glioma in right temporal lobe.Firstly,the patient received 30Gy by routine radiotherapy at 2 Gy per day ,5 times per week,then followed by a boost dose of25Gy under IMRT in the late course at 4.16Gy per day, 3 times per week. The meningosarcoma shrunk significantly afterradiotherapy. In the following-up of 2 years,the patient was still alive.ConclusionsThe treatment of meningosarcomaunder routine radiotherapy and IMRT in the late course have obtained the satisfied effects,especially to those patients whocannt undergo the operation.
