| 摘 要： | 目的研究血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)及其血管内皮生长因子受体-3(VEGFR-3)在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及在淋巴道转移中的作用。方法采用免疫组化法检测62例宫颈鳞癌及宫颈上皮内瘤变组织中VEGF-C及VEGFR-3的表达,AE1/AE3检测盆腔淋巴结微转移。结果免疫组化AE1/AE3检测淋巴结转移检出率显著高于HE染色检出率;宫颈鳞癌中VEGF-C的阳性表达率与宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)Ⅰ、CINⅡ的阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与CINⅢ无明显差异;VEGFR-3阳性淋巴管数显著高于宫颈上皮内瘤变;VEGF-C表达与VEGFR-3阳性淋巴管数呈明显正相关;VEGF-C及VEG-FR-3均与淋巴结的转移有关。结论AE1/AE3检查有利于发现淋巴结微转移;VEGF-C可能通过促进淋巴管的生成,从而利于宫颈鳞癌的浸润转移。
