| 摘 要： | 目的觀察自體角膜缘上皮移植聪合5一氟脲嘧啶治瘵翼狀胬肉的瘵效.方法對27例(眼)行自體角膜缘上皮移植聯合5氟脲嘧啶處理植床.結果随訪1～14個月,平均7.8個月.術後復發1例.結論自體角膜缘上皮移植聯合5氟脲嘧啶治瘵是治瘵胬肉的良好方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of limbal epithelium autograft and using 5-Fu in the treatment of pterygium. Methods 27 eyes were given limbal epithelium autograft and used 5-Fu on the surface of the wound. Results The following-up period was 1 to 14 months (averaged 7, 3 months) only one case recurred. Conclusion Limbal epithelium autograft and using 5-Fu is effective treatment of pterygium. |
