| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高尿酸血症与2型糖尿病肾病(T2DM)的关系。方法将100例T2DM患者分为DN组(55例)与DN-HUA组(45例)。另择50例健康人作为正常对照(NC)组。同时检测三组的尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1 c)、肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、血尿酸(UA),进行相关的统计学分析。结果三组HbA1 c、Cr、BUN、UAER、UA值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。DN组和DN-HUA组的Cr、BUN、UAER、UA和HbA1 c值分别高于NC组(P<0.01),DN-HUA组的Cr、BUN、UAER、UA值均高于DN组(P<0.01),DN-HUA组和DN组的HbA1 c水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高尿酸血症是糖尿病肾病的一个重要危险因素。 |
