摘    要:近年来,以PET/CT为代表的多模式显像技术已成功应用于科研与临床。MRI在多方面优于CT,PET/MRI融合显像可提供分子、形态与功能信息,具有较大潜力,使其成为研究热点,并取得了一定进展;但其研制过程中仍存在一系列问题,若能合理解决,将为分子影像学带来深远影响。

Abstract:In recent years, as a multi-model imaging technology, PET/CT has acquired great achievements both in scientific research and clinics. MRI is better than CT in many ways, so the research of MRI has become a hot topic. PET/MRI is a combination of molecular, morphological and functional information. Although PET/MRI has a great potential, it still has a series of problems. PET/MRI will have a profound influence to molecular imaging if those problems were solved properly.
