奥美拉唑及莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎疗效分析

目的探讨奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法将90例反流性食管炎患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组45例,对照组45例。治疗组给予奥美拉唑20 mg,2次/d,莫沙必利5 mg,1次/d;对照组用雷尼替丁150 mg,2次/d,吗丁10 mg,3次/d。8周为1疗程。结果症状改善的总有效率分别为:治疗组82.22%,对照组57.78%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。内镜复查总有效率分别为:治疗组68.89%,对照组46.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎能显著提高对该病的疗效。

Therapeutic Efficacy of Omeprazole and Mosapride for Reflux Esophagitis

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect Omeprazole and Mosapride for the reflux esophagitis(RE).Methods 90 cases with RE diagnosed by endoscopy were randomly divided into two groups(n=45).The treatment group was treated with Omeprazole 20mg bid and Mosapride 5mg tid,while the control group with Ranitidine 150mg bid and Motilium 10mg tid.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.Results The clinical symptoms improvement rates was 82.22% and 57.78% in the treatment group and control group respectively and had statistical difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate confirmed by endoscope was 68.89% and 46.67% respectively in the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Omeprazole combined with Mosapride can obviously improve the curative effect of RE.
