鼻腔鼻窦原发性恶性肿瘤的影像学表现

目的:探讨鼻腔鼻窦原发性恶性肿瘤CT、MRI的影像学表现。方法:选取洛阳市第一人民医院2011年2月至2012年8月收治的60例鼻腔鼻窦原发性恶性肿瘤作为研究对象,行CT及MIR扫描,分析其影像学特点。结果:肿瘤原发于鼻腔31例,上颌窦20例,蝶窦2例,无法辨别起源7例。CT表现:肿瘤多呈边界不清、形态不规则(42例),密度均匀(46例)的软组织肿块,多伴有邻近骨质破坏(43例),增强扫描呈中度~明显强化,部分强化不均。MRI表现:肿瘤T1WI多呈等或稍低信号(12例),T2WI呈稍高信号(14例),部分信号不均匀,增强后肿瘤均呈不均匀明显强化。结论:CT和MRI能很好地显示鼻腔鼻窦原发性恶性肿瘤的部位、周围骨质破坏和邻近重要结构的侵犯,腺样囊性癌及恶性淋巴瘤具有典型的CT表现。

Imaging findings of primary Sino-nasal malignant tumors

Objective ： To investigate the imaging findings of primary Sino-nasal malignant tumors of nasal cavity and paranasal sinus. Methods： 60 patients with primary malignant tumors in nasal cavity and paranasal sinus from February 2011 to August 2012 in the First People＇ s Hospital of Luoyang were selected and received CT and MRI examination. The imaging findings were ana- lyzed. Results： 31 case of the primary tumors were in nasal cavity, 20 cases were in the maxillary sinus, 2 cases were in sphenoid sinus, and the origins of the tumors in 7 cases were not recog- nized. CT appearances ： most of the tumors had unclear borders, irregular shapes （42 cases） and uniform densities （46 cases） , soft tissues, adjacent bone destruction （43 cases） , moderate to ob- vious enhancements with partial inhomogeneous enhancements. MRI appearances： the lesions dis- played equal or slightly low signals on T1WI, slightly high signals on T2WI with some non- uniform signals, heterogeneous enhancements. Conclusion： CT and MRI can reveal the tumor location of nasal cavity and paranasal sinus, the bone destruction and the infringement of the adjacent important structure. The adenoid cystic carcinoma and malignant lymphoma have typical CT appearances.
