山莨菪碱对离体大鼠工作心脏缺血心肌舒张功能的保护作用

摘    要:用含有山莨菪碱(0.1μmol/L)的营养液灌注离体大鼠工作心脏,在结扎冠脉后,可使-dP/dt_(max)的降低,LVEDP和T值的增加、CK的释放量和心律失常的发生率显著低于对照组,表明山莨菪碱对离体心脏舒张功能和心肌细胞具有良好的保护作用。

Abstract:The effects of anisodamine (Ani) on the diastolic function were observed in the isolated working rat heart. At 45 min after coronary occlusion in the control (KH group), the results showed that -dP/dtmax decreased by 64%, LVEDP increased by 163% and the time constant of isovolumic diastolic pressure decay (value of T) prolonged by 150%. The level of CPK released from cardiac cells also increased markedly. It was suggested that the cardiac diastolic function and cells were severely injured.But the changes of the above parameters in the treated group by Ani (0.1μmol / L) perfusion were less than those in the control. The results at 45 min afterligation showed that as compared with the value before ligation, -dP/dtmax decreased by 32%, LVEDP increased by 25% and the value of T prolonged by 44%. In addition, the changes of CBF and CPK in the treated group are less than these in the control.This study indicates that Ani possesses the protective effects on the diastolic function and myocardial cells in the isolated working heart during myocardial ischemia.
