| 摘 要： | 应用急性经口毒性试验、蓄积毒性试验、皮肤刺激试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、V_(79)细胞基因突变试验对一种过氧乙酸消毒剂的毒性进行了试验观察。结果表明,该消毒剂对雌性小鼠急性经口LD_(50)为794(489～1290)mg/kg体重,对雄性小鼠为681mg/kg体重,属于低毒级;蓄积系数K>5,属于弱蓄积性;原液一次接触引起动物皮肤轻度刺激性;对小鼠骨髓细胞未产生致畸变作用;对体外培养的中国仓鼠肺细胞(V_(79)未呈现致突变性。

| Abstract: | To test the toxicity of a disinfectant solution of peracetic acid, acute oral toxicity test, cumulative toxicity test, dermal irritation test, in vivo mammalian bone marrow cytogenetics test and in vitro mammalian cell gene mutation test for it were carried out. The results were that the oral LD50 for female mice was 794 mg / kg body weight and for male mice was 681 mg / kg, so it belongs to low toxic substance. It did not cause aberration of mouse marrow cells, and showed weak accumulation in mice. The stock solution had mild irritative effect on rabbit skin, and it did not have mutagenic effect on V79 cell either directly or activated. |
