老年高血压患者心电图与经颅多普勒超声对比分析

目的 :探讨老年高血压患者心电图与经颅多普勒超声检查的关系。方法 :应用心电图仪和彩色经颅多普勒超声检查仪 (throughcraniumDoppler,TCD)对 5 8例非老年高血压患者、89例老年高血压患者进行检测 ,观察心脏损害与脑动脉血流动力学变化的关系。结果 :老年高血压患者心电图异常率 ( 75 .7% )显著高于非老年高血压患者 ( 2 2 .9% ) ;TCD异常率 ( 92 .2 % )较非老年高血压患者组 ( 9.8% )增高 (P <0 .0 5 )。老年高血压病史与心电图、TCD的异常呈正相关。结论 :心电图与TCD检查相结合对老年高血压患者的心、脑血管病变的诊断防治有较好的实用价值。

The comparative analysis on electrocardiogram(ECG) and through cranium Doppler(TCD) test of senile patients with hypertension

Objective:To study the relationship between ECG and TCD tests in examining senile hypertension.Methods:The relation ship between cardiac damages and blood flow dynamic changes of cerebral arteries is observed from 58 non aged patients with hypertension and 89 aged patients with hypertension by ECG and TCD.Results:The abnormal rate of ECG is remarkably higher in aged group(75.7%) than that in non-aged group(22.9%). The abnormal rate by TCD is 92.2% to 9.8%(P<0.05).And the case history of senile hypertension has a direct relevance.with the abnormality of ECG and TCD tsets.Conclusion:Combination of ECG and TCD tests has a better effect on the dignosis, prevention and treatment of cardial and cerebral diseases in senile patients with hypertension.
