| 摘 要： | 本文观察了980例直立胃正位充盈片的胃角形态变化,剔除已显示龛影而确诊的病例,发现异常胃角132例。其中经纤镜和/或手术、病理证实为胃部凹陷性病变的有59例(占受检总数的6.02％)。异常胃角可分五种类型:1、胃角消失;2、胃角U字形;3、胃角直角化;4、胃角球拍状;5、胃角直线化。证明胃角变形是胃角及其邻近区域凹陷性病变存在的重要信息,是很有价值的间接X线征象。同时,强调对可疑病例早日施行纤维胃镜活检以明确诊断的重要性。

| Abstract: | The appearances of the gastric angle of 980 cases on PA view X-ray film in the erect position with the barium filled stomach were observed in this article. After rejecting the diagnosed cases in which the niche had been shown , 132 abnormal gastric angle cases were found. Of which 59 cases with umbilicate lesion were proved by fibrogastroscopy or / and operation and pathology (6.02 percentage of all cases). The abnormal gastric angles are classified into 5 categories : 1. disappearance (21) 2. "U"shape deformity (16) 3 fight angle deformity (10) 4. battledore deformity (9) 5. lincarization deformity (3). It has been demonstrated that gastric angle deformity is an imoprtant information of umbilicate lesion of gastric angle and proximal area. Gastric angle deformity is a useful indirect X-ray sign. It was emphasized that for suspicious cases subsequent fibrogastroscopy and biopsy and biopsy should bc conducted in order to confirm the diagnosis |
