| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨庚型肝炎病毒在延边地区不同人群中的感染状况。[方法]将278名肝脏疾病患，123名职业献血员以及93名健康人共494人为研究对象，采用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测庚型肝炎病毒。[结果]494例研究对象的庚型肝炎病毒感染率为6.48%(32/494)。存在性别，年龄别及民族别差异，一般人群庚型肝炎病毒感染率为2.15%(2/93)。肝脏疾病患感染率中慢性乙型重症肝炎患的感染率为13.36%(4/30)。为最高，献血员庚型肝炎病毒感染率为7.31%(9/123)。

Investigation on infection of hepatitis G virus in Yanbian district |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVETo investigate the status of hepatitis G virus(HGV) infection in Yanbian area.METHODS494 cases including 278 patients with viral hepatitis, 123 cases of blood donors and 93 cases of healthy persons were selected and the serum-markers of HGV infection were tested by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). RESULTSGeneral infection rate of HGV was 6.48%(32/494) in which there had difference sex, age and nationality. The infection rate of HGV was 2.15%(2/93) in general population, 13.36%(4/30) in people with serious chronic hepatitis B and 7.31%(9/123) in blood donors, respectively. |
