河北省成年居民糖尿病患病及防治状况调查

目的 了解河北省成年居民糖尿病（DM）患病及防治状况。方法 采取多阶段分层随机抽样，通过问卷、体格测量及血样检测等方法，调查河北省20个区（县）4196名18～69岁人群DM、空腹血糖受损（IFG）患病率及其影响因素，DM患病知晓率、治疗率和控制率。结果DM、IFG总患病率分别为5．34％（标化率4．19％），2．93％（标化率2．96％），均显著高于全国DM（2．6％）和IFG（1．9％）平均水平；DM患病知晓率为40.63％，治疗率36.61％，空腹血糖（FPG）达标率27．68％，多指标[FBG、体质指数（BMI）、血压、血脂]达标率0．45％。多因素Logistic回归分析显示，年龄、城市、超重、肥胖、高甘油三酯（TG）和血清总胆固醇（TC）是糖尿病患病的危险因素：城市、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）升高、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDLC）降低、脑力劳动、退休是IFG患病的危险因素。结论 河北省成年居民DM患病率高于全国平均水平，防治处于较低水平。应加强合理膳食、适当运动、控制肥胖等健康促进工作，以及DM筛查和病人管理工作。

Surveillance on prevalence of diabetes among adults in Hebei province

Objective To analyse the epidemiology of diabetes in adults in Hebei province.Methods 4?196 adult residents from 20 districts in Hebei Province were selected by multistage stratified sampling,and they were investigated with quesionnaire,body measurement and blood sample analysis from Sept to Oct in 2004.Results The total crude prevalence rates of DM and IFG were 5.34% and 2.93%,and the age-adjusted rates were 4.19% and 2.96%.They were significantly higher than the average levels in China.The rates of awareness,treatment,control of FBG only and control of multi-factors FBG,blood pressure,serum lipids and BMI,were 40.63%,36.61%,27.68% and 0.45%,respectively.Multiple logistic regression analysis indicated that urban,age,overweight or obesity,high serum TC and TG were the main risk factors for diabetes,while urban,high serum LDL-C or low serum HDL-C,retirement and jobs with less physical activity were risk factors for IFG.Conclusion The prevalence rate of DM in adults in Heibei province was higher than the average level in China,but the ablity to control the disease was at lower level.Health promotion for taking healthy diets and controlling overweight or obesity,as well as DM screening and patients management,should be stressed.
