摘    要:目的:研究大孔吸附树脂法吸附分离桑叶总黄酮的工艺条件。方法:以桑叶中总黄酮吸附量、解吸量和解吸率为指标,选择合适的大孔吸附树脂,并研究吸附与解吸优化条件。结果:在实验条件下,D-101型树脂提取桑叶总黄酮的含量可接近40%。结论:大孔吸附树脂法能有效地提取桑叶总黄酮,所得到的产品纯度较高,方法可行。

Abstract:Objective:To study technique condition for separating total flavonoids from mulberry. Methods:Using adsorption capacity, desorption capacity and desorption rate of total mulberry flavonoids as the primary screening index, selecting the suitable macroporous adsorption resin, the optimized conditions of adsorption and desorption of flavonoids were studied. Result:In the selected conditions, the purity of gained product was about 40%. Conclusion:The experiment proved that the total flavonoids in mulberry folium can be extracted efficiently by macroporous adsorption resin, and the gained product was pure, the process was reliable.
