| 摘 要： | 用氯苯和二甲基二氯硅烷经格氏反应和取代反应制得硅烷化试剂苯基二甲基氯硅烷，总收率72％。将其应用于辛伐他汀的半合成，收率49％。

| Abstract: | Phenyldimethylchlorosilane was synthesized from chlorobenzene and dimethyldichlorosilane in 72 % yield. The title compound was applied to the semi-synthesis of simvastatin in 49% yield. |
