儿童营养不良并发多系统器官功能衰竭80例临床分析

目的总结营养不良患儿多系统损害的临床资料,探讨改善预后的措施。方法对80例中、重度营养不良患儿进行回顾性分析,了解其多系统损害情况。结果80例患儿均出现营养不良性系列疾病,包括腹泻、肺炎、心功能、肝功能、肾功能损害,免疫功能低下,精神神经发育落后等,其中同时出现2个系统损害42例,3个系统以上损害33例。因喂养不当引起者67例。结论营养不良可出现多系统损害,引起一系列疾病,严重者可出现多器官功能衰竭而死亡。除合理喂养外,还应注意在加强营养治疗同时保护各系统器官功能。

Malnutrition children complicated with multiple system organ failure(an analysis of 80 cases)

Objective: To summarize the clinical data of systemic organ injury in children with malnutrition and explore the measures of improving prognosis. Methods: 80 children with midrange malnutrition or severe malnutrition were analyzed , systemic organ injury were studied. Results:A series of complications were discovered in 80 children, including diarrhea, pneumonia, heart injury, hepatic injury, renal injurys,immunocompromise, mental retardation ,and so on. There were 42 cases with two organ injury and 33 cases with more than three organs injury among these 80 cases. 67 cases were caused by poor feeding. Conclusion: Malnutrition can cause systemic organ injury and a series of complications. In severe condition, the patients can occur multiple organ failure and die. It is important to protect the function of systemic organs while improving nutritional.
