海尔福对51例氟骨症病人的疗效观察

摘    要:用中草药研制的海尔福,对贵州省织金县51例氟骨症病人治疗观察30天,初步结果表明,服药前血氟((?))为0.319mg/L。治疗后血氟降至0.207mg/L,前后比较P<0.05,差异有显著性;对照组同期分别为0.276和0267mg/L,前后比较P>0.05,差异无显著性,均与动物实验结果相符合。尿氟有升高趋势。病人自觉症状有明显好转。

Abstract:Fifty-one patients with fluorosis of bone in Zhijin County were treated for 30 days with Haierfu prepared from Chinese medicinal herbs. Results showed that blood fluorine(x) dropped from 0.319mg/ L before taking the medicine to 0.207mg/ L after the treatment(P<0.05), while that of the control group at the same time was 0.276/L and 0.267/L, respectively. The difference was not significant(P>0.05). The results conformed to those of the animal experiment. The urinary fluorine showed a tendency to increase. The patients themselves felt their symptoms improving.
