厦门地区女性宫颈人乳头状瘤病毒感染3155例检测结果分析

目的探讨厦门地区门诊就诊人群宫颈人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染的型别分布和年龄分布特征。方法应用HybriM ax技术,对2008年1月—2009年12月到厦门市第174医院妇科门诊就诊的3 155例有性生活女性,进行宫颈HPV基因分型检测。结果 HPV总感染率17.0%,检出高危型HPV占感染病例的72.2%,低危型HPV占15.1%,中国人群常见型HPV占12.7%;HPV亚型检出率最高的是HPV-16;3 155例HPV感染高峰年龄段在25~34岁(29.9%),其他各年龄段之间两两比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论厦门地区门诊女性人群宫颈HPV感染率17.0%,常见型别为HPV16、52、58、18、6和68型;人群感染高峰在25~34岁年龄段。

Prevalence of human papillomavirus infection of 3,155 outpatients in xiamen

Objective To discuss the infection status of human papillomavirus(HPV) in female outpatients in Xiamen.Methods A total of 3,155 cervical samples were detected for HPV genotyping using DNA hybridization technique.Results The HPV positive rate was 17.0%,and the overall prevalence of high-risk,low-risk and multiplex HPV infection was 72.2%,15.1% and 12.7%,respectively.HPV-16 was the most common type.The prevalence of HPV infection peaked(29.9%) in the age of 25-34 years old.There was no significant difference in HPV-positive rate among other age group(P>0.05).Conclusion Our study shows that the prevalence of HPV infection is 17.0% in outpatient women in Xiamen.The common types of HPV infection are HPV-16,-52,-58,-18,-6,and-68.The HPV infection peak age is during 25-34 years old.
