带锁髓内钉固定股骨干骨折中扩髓骨泥的临床应用

目的探讨带锁髓内钉固定股骨干骨折中扩髓骨泥回植预防骨不连发生的方法及疗效。方法回顾2003年5月至2007年5月采用带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折89例，其中50例作为植骨组行带锁髓内钉固定并将扩髓时产生的骨泥回植于骨折端，其余49例作为对照组，行单纯固定，分别随访其临床疗效。结果随访89例患者，植骨组骨愈合率98．0％，对照组骨愈合率93．9％。结论带锁髓内钉固定治疗股骨干骨折时回植扩髓骨泥于骨折端可减少骨不连的发生率。

The clinical application of bone-mud from bone marrow cavity during the fixation of femoral shaft fractures with interlocking intramedullary nails

Objective To evaluate the method and effect of bone graft with bone-mud from bone marrow cavity to avoiding fracture nonunion.Methods We reviewed 89 patients who had underwent fixation with interlocking intramedullary nails from May 2003 to May 2007.The 50 patients of those,as bone graft group,underwent bone graft with bone-mud from bone marrow cavity during the fixation of femoral shaft fractures with interlocking intramedullary nails.The other 49 patients,as control group,simply underwent fixation without bonemud graft.Results The 89 patients were followed up.In bone graft group,the fracture healing rate was 98.0%.While in control group,it was 93.9%.Conclusion The fracture nonunion rate will be reduced if the bone-mud from bone marrow cavity is grafted around the broken ends of fractured bone during the fixation of femoral shaft fractures with interlocking intramedullary nails.
