| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨QT离散度在不稳定型心绞痛抗凝治疗中的作用。方法：选择经常规治疗无效的不稳定型心绞痛患者54例，予低分子肝素钠治疗，检测治疗前后和正常对照组的QTd、QTcd。结果：临床疗效和QT离散度对比分析均有显著意义（P＜0．05）。结论：选择合适的不稳定型心绞痛患者进行抗凝治疗不失为一种有效方法，QT离散度可作为监测抗凝治疗成功的可靠指标之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of QT dispersion in unstable angina pectoris' anticoagulant treatment.Methods:54 cases of unstable angina pectoris patients who failed to respond to routine treatment were selected and treated with low molecular weight heparin sodium.QTd and QTcd between normal group and treatment group were compared before and after treatment.Results:It had a marked significance both in clinical therapeutic effect and QT dispersion in comparative analysis ( P <0.05).Conclusion:It is an effective method to select appropriate unstable angina pectoris to carry out anticoagulant treatment.QT dispersion may serve as one of reliable indices in unstable angina pectoris's anticoagulant treatment. |
