| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乌苞酿对小鼠免疫功能的影响和急性毒性。方法采用免疫器官重量法、腹腔巨噬细胞功能测定法,测定乌苞酿对正常小鼠和环磷酰胺所致免疫抑制小鼠的免疫调节作用;并测定乌苞酿小鼠灌服给药的急性毒性。结果乌苞酿可显著提高正常小鼠和免疫低下小鼠胸腺重量指数（P〈0.05）;显著提高免疫低下小鼠巨噬细胞对鸡血红细胞吞噬百分率和吞噬指数（P〈0.05）。小鼠灌服乌苞酿的急性毒性实验未观察到明显毒性反应,最大耐受量为12.2g生药/kg体重。结论乌苞酿具有良好的免疫增强作用,具有良好的安全性。
