上颌窦疾患的A型超声波临床诊断价值

目的 :进行 A型超声波及 X线鼻窦摄片对上颌窦疾患的诊断符合率比较。方法 :对上颌窦疾病患者同时进行超声波及 X线鼻窦摄片检查 ,随后进行了上颌窦穿刺冲洗或术后活检 ,术后病理切片结果与检查结果相对照。结果 :A型超声波对炎症及肿瘤的诊断符合率均显著高于 (P<0 .0 5 )鼻窦 X线摄片。结论 :在上颌窦疾患诊断方面 A型超声波较鼻窦摄片有更高的临床应用价值

The Diagnostic Value of A-mode Ultrasound for Maxillary Sinus Diseases

Objective To compare the diagnostic accordance rate of A mode ultrasound with that of X ray photography for maxillary sinus diseases. Methods A mode ultrasonic and X ray examinations were simultaneously performed at 139 sides of the maxillary sinus of the 139 patients with maxillary sinus diseases. Then either a puncture irrigation or a postoperative biopsy was given.Their results were compared with the results of A mode ultrasonic and X ray diagnosis. Results In controlled studies, the diagnostic accordance rate of A mode ultrasound in the diagnosis of inflammation, benign and malignant tumors was significantly higher (P<0.05) than that of X ray photography. Conclusion In the diagnosis of maxillary sinus diseases, A mode ultrasound is more efficient than X ray photography.
