| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨国休孔源性视网膜脱离患者其视网膜裂孔数目、形态与年龄的关系。方法：收集孔源性视网膜脱离患者共64例64眼，以40岁为界划分为两组，就两组患者其视网膜裂孔数目，形态进行统计处理。结果：两组患者裂孔均数的差异具有显著意义，两组患者裂孔（圆孔比率）的差异具有极显著意义。结论：低年龄组患者裂孔均数明显高于高年龄组患者，高年龄组患者圆形裂孔发生的比率明显高于低年龄组患者，年轻视网膜脱离患者更存在多发裂孔的可能性。

| Abstract: | Objective To seek the relationship between retinal break number shape and the ages of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment patient. Method We divided 64 case into two groups by the age of 40 years old,then we statistically analyze their retinal break number shape with their ages. Results Retinal break number shape of the two group are quite different from each other statistically.Conclusion the average retinal break number of the low age group is quite higher than that of the high age group,but the low age group has a less round hole percentage,so we should pay more attention to the young case. |
