针灸推拿综合治疗肩关节周围炎临床效果观察

目的：探讨针灸推拿综合治疗对肩关节周围炎的效果。方法：以本院2012年1月-2013年1月收治的60例肩关节周围炎患者为研究对象，随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，对照组使用单一的针灸治疗，观察组患者给予针灸推拿综合治疗。对比两组临床效果。结果：观察组患者在疼痛、肌力、稳定性、肩关节功能及肩关节平均活动度等5个评价肩关节功能的指标方面，得分均高于对照组，观察组患者有效率高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：针灸推拿综合治疗可以在肱骨近端骨折内固定患者中起到积极作用，可以提高患者肩关节功能、稳定内固定效果，改善患者预后水平。

The Clinical Effect of Acupuncture and Massage Treating Periarthritis of Shoulder

Objective：To study the effect of acupuncture and massage therapy on periarthritis of shoulder. Method：In our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013,60 shoulder periarthritis patients were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,patients in the control group used acupuncture in the treatment of single,observation group was treated with acupuncture and massage therapy. To compare clinical effects between the two groups. Result：The observation index in pain,muscle strength,stability,the function of the shoulder joint and shoulder joint activity degree of five evaluation of shoulder function groups,scores were higher than those in the control group,and the postoperative month within the first postoperative month,after one,third,and six months,Neer score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupuncture and massage therapy in internal fixation of proximal humeral fracture patients plays a positive role,and can improve the stability of the shoulder joint function,also improve the prognosis of patients with internal fixation effect.
