| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨采用核磁共振影像诊断血友病性关节病的价值。方法：采集本院收治血友病患者12例，分别进行x线检查和MRI检查，观察两种检查结果。结果：X线以及核磁共振检查相同病例其对病理改变以及分期结果均有明显差异（P〈0．05）。结论：经x线与核磁共振影像检查结果对比可见，核磁共振对诊断血友病性关节病更为直观、准确。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of hemophilic arthropathy.Method： 12 patients with hemophilia patients in our hospital were collected and checked by X-ray examination and MRI examination, two kinds of examination results were observed.Result： The results of pathological changes and staging results in X-ray and MRI had significantly differences （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： The X-ray and magnetic resonance imaging results visible, MRI is more intuitive, accurate in the diagnosis of hemophilic arthropathy. |
