HEDIS系统在膀胱造瘘管出院患者社区健康教育中的应用研究

目的：探讨基于HEDIS系统护理模式对带膀胱造瘘管出院患者社区护理的有效性和可靠性。方法：选取2008年5月-2013年4月于本院行膀胱造瘘术的出院患者88例，均长期留置膀胱造瘘管，分为基于HEDIS系统护理模式组（n=45）和传统护理模式组（n=43），对两组的护理效果进行评价。结果：在管道护理、注意药物安全、尿常规监测、心理护理、对疾病认知程度和保持乐观情感状态等方面，基于HEDIS系统护理模式组均明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；两组膀胱造瘘管并发症比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：基于HEDIS系统护理模式是一种全新的护理方法，可能为带膀胱造瘘管出院患者的社区护理提供更有效的途径。

The Research on Application of HEDIS Model in Community Health Education for Patients with Bladder Fistula

To investigate the validity and reliability of HEDIS model of community health education for patients with bladder fistula.Method：88 patients with bladder fistula,long-term indwelled urinary bladder fistula in our hospital from May 2008 to April 2013 were selected,and they were divided into the HEDIS nursing group（n=45）and the traditional nursing group（n=43）,the nursing effect of the two groups was evaluated.Result：On canal nursing,care of medicine safety,urine routine surveillance,psychological nursing,acknowledgement of disease and emotion state,the HEDIS nursing group were better than the traditional nursing group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the bladder fistula complications of the two groups was compared,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：As a novel nursing method,HEDIS model may offer a more effective way of community nursing for patients with bladder fistula.
